The abstract submission form for scientific papers is recommended but not obligatory

All abstracts will be published in the Book of abstracts as a special issue of Acta agriculturae Slovenica, a SCOPUS-listed journal.

This conference has no registration fee,
Registration, however, is mandatory.

The venue is a beautiful medieval castle located outside the city of Maribor (10 km), with limited public transport connections. A shuttle service will be organised (against payment).
We have arranged comprehensive catering, encompassing coffee breaks, lunches, and a great venue for the conference dinner (zip lie ride and wine tasting from the wine fountain included).  Transfers and meals are paid services. We have prepared 4 packeges with different extent of services. Please choose between them:

Cancelling the participation and the paid meals is possible free of charge until Thursday, Sept. 10, by paying only 10 EUR banking expenses. After this date, our catering service cannot offer any reimbursments.

The date for the Maribor conference has been set related to the EurBee conference, which is taking place in Bologna, Italy, Sept. 7 – 10, 2026. It allows the participants attending two great conferences within 10 days and within one visit to Europe – this is especially important for visitors from other continents.

Getting from Bologna to Maribor takes only 5 hours 15 min. by car. Underway, you can visit some prime tourism destinations, like Venice, Triest, the Postojna cave with the Predjama castle, Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana, and many more. The most interesting (and also budget) way to get from Bologna to Maribor is booking several sections by FlixBus (known for sticking to the timetable). This would allow you making several stops on your way.
