NOVOST za vpis v študijsko leto 2026/27

Novi Zakon o visokem šolstvu (ZVIS-1, Ur. l. RS, št. 56/25) v 13. členu določa, da morajo visokošolski zavodi s tujim državljanom, ki je oddal prijavo za vpis za visokošolski študij v Republiki Sloveniji in prihaja iz katere od držav z višjim migracijskim tveganjem, kot jih določa seznam držav, katerih državljani morajo pri prehodu zunanjih meja Evropske unije imeti vizume, v skladu z zakonom, ki ureja pogoje in načine vstopa, zapustitve in bivanja tujcev v Republiki Sloveniji, opraviti neposredni intervju o primernosti kandidata glede na vpisne pogoje študijskega programa.

Intervju poteka v angleškem ali slovenskem jeziku, odvisno od jezika izvedbe študijskega programa, za katerega se je kandidat prijavil.

Kandidati lahko opravljajo intervju samo enkrat v okviru razpisa za vpis za posamezno študijsko leto v vseh prijavnih rokih.

O poteku in terminu opravljanja intervjujev bo fakulteta kandidate obvestila po elektronski pošti na elektronski naslov, ki ga bodo navedli v prijavi za vpis.

Tehnične zahteve za izvedbo intervjuja na daljavo preko orodja MS Teams

Zagotoviti morate:

  • stabilno internetno povezavo (priporočena hitrost najmanj 2 Mbps v obe smeri),
  • ustrezno tehnično opremo (kamera, mikrofon),
  • mirno in primerno okolje za nemoten potek intervjuja.

Univerza v Mariboru oziroma njene članice ne prevzemajo odgovornosti za tehnične težave na strani kandidata.

Pred začetkom intervjuja se preveri identiteta kandidatov. Kandidati se identificirajo s potnim listom.

Strošek izvedbe intervjuja v 2026/27 znaša 200,01 €.

V primeru pozitivno opravljenega intervjuja visokošolski zavod začne s strokovno in administrativno obravnavo prijave za vpis, vključno s postopkom priznavanja v tujini pridobljenega izobraževanja.

V primeru, ko izid vašega intervjuja ni pozitiven, se vaša prijava zavrne, in sicer:

  • ob negativnem izidu intervjuja,
  • če se intervjuja ne udeležite,
  • če je internetna povezava prekinjena (v primeru intervjuja na daljavo), kar je povezano z nedelovanjem vaše IT,
  • če ne boste pravočasno poravnali stroška za izvedbo intervjuja.

Zavrnitev velja za vse prijave in vse prijavne roke za študijsko leto 2026/2027.

NOVELTY for enrollment in academic year 2026/27

The new Higher Education Act (ZVIS-1, Official Gazette RS no. 56/25) in Article 13 stipulates that higher education institutions shall conduct a direct interview with foreign citizens on the suitability of the candidate according to the enrollment conditions of the study program. This applies for foreign citizens who have submitted an application for enrollment for higher education studies in the Republic of Slovenia and come from one of the countries with a higher migration risk, as determined by the list of countries whose citizens must have visas when crossing the external borders of the European Union, in accordance with the law regulating the conditions and methods of entry, departure and stay of foreigners in the Republic of Slovenia.

The interview will be conducted in English or Slovenian, depending on the language of instruction of the study program for which the candidate has applied.

Candidates may only be interviewed once as part of the admission process for a given academic in all application deadlines.

The faculty will inform the candidates about the course and date of the interviews by e-mail.

Technical Requirements for an Online Interview

If the interview is conducted online, you must ensure:

  • a stable internet connection (recommended minimum speed of 2 Mbps in both directions);
  • appropriate technical equipment (camera and microphone);
  • a quiet and suitable environment to ensure the uninterrupted conduct of the interview.

The University of Maribor and its member faculties accept no responsibility for technical difficulties arising on the part of the candidate.

Prior to the commencement of the interview, identification with a valid passport is mandatory.

The interview is subject to a fee. The fee must be paid in full prior to the interview taking place

in the amount of EUR 200,01.

If the interview is successfully completed, the higher education institution shall proceed with the substantive and administrative assessment of your application for enrollment, including the procedure for the recognition of foreign education for the purpose of continuing education in the Republic of Slovenia.

If the outcome of your interview is not positive, your application shall be rejected in the following cases:

  • if the interview result is negative.
  • if you fail to attend the interview.
  • if the internet connection is interrupted due to technical issues on your side (in the case of an online interview);
  • if the interview fee is not paid within the prescribed time limit.

Such rejection shall apply to all applications and all application periods for the 2026/2027 academic year.
