S tem pristopom, ki vklju\u010duje ve\u010d akterjev, si bo skupina raziskovalcev prizadevala pove\u010dati sprejemanje in uspeh agroekolo\u0161kih (AE) praks, katerih cilj je izbolj\u0161ati kakovost tal, optimizirati izkoristek hranil in pove\u010dati hranilno vrednost zelenjave. Te AE prakse vklju\u010dujejo integracijo prekrivnih posevkov v kolobar zelenjave, kot podsevke, kot tudi izvajanje metod obdelave tal za hitro prekritje tal s (Cover Crops \u2013 CC). Z izvajanjem poskusov v razli\u010dnih talnih in podnebnih razmerah bodo vzpostavljeni \u017eivi laboratoriji v sedmih evropskih dr\u017eavah (Nem\u010dija, Belgija, Danska, Nizozemska, Estonija, Italija in Slovenija), ki bodo prispevali k preobrazbi v bolj trajnostno in odporno kmetijstvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Klju\u010dni cilji v okviru projekta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skupna opredelitev ustreznih raziskovalnih vpra\u0161anj in mo\u017enih agroekolo\u0161kih praks pri uvajanju in raznoliki uporabi pokrivnih posevkov s pridelovalci zelenjave, svetovalci in raziskovalci (pristop z ve\u010d dele\u017eniki) s pristopom \u017eivega laboratorija (LL) v prvem letu projekta na 7 lokacijah v Evropi (ve\u010dlokacijski pristop).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pove\u010dati sprejemanje in uporabo AE praks med kmeti in kmetijskimi svetovalci za 10 % v prvem letu izvajanja projekta, merjeno z anketami in intervjuji pred in po projektu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Razviti in raz\u0161irjati obse\u017een nabor orodij za izvajanje procesa soustvarjanja v pristopu LL, ki omogo\u010da uporabo AE praks na ravni kmetije in \u0161ir\u0161e v kmetijski krajini (v 18 mesecih od za\u010detka projekta).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zmanj\u0161ati negativni socialno-ekonomski in okoljski vpliv pridelave zelenjave za vsaj 15 % v prvih dveh letih izvajanja projekta, merjeno s celovito oceno u\u010dinkov z ve\u010dkriterijsko analizo AE praks v LL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Razviti in prilagoditi AE prakse pogojem, specifi\u010dnim za posamezno lokacijo s pristopom z ve\u010d akterji in ve\u010d lokacijami ob koncu projekta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promovirati AE prakse preko LL s ciljem vklju\u010ditve AE\u00a0 praks na 20 % zelenjadarskih kmetij ob zaklju\u010dku projekta.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V okviru projekta pod razpisano tematiko<strong> izbolj\u0161anje agroekolo\u0161kih (AE) praks na ravni kmetije <\/strong>bodo v projektu obravnavane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upravljanje s tlemi in vodo za izbolj\u0161anje zdravja tal in znatno zmanj\u0161anje erozije, ohranjanje ogljika, optimiziranje ciklov hranil, zmanj\u0161anje uporabe kemikalij;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spodbujanje diverzifikacije pridelkov: diverzificiranje vrst in sort na ravni polja in kmetije,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Razvoj kmetijskih praks, ki slu\u017eijo pove\u010danju odpornosti, ohranjanju vode in zmanj\u0161ani uporabi kemi\u010dnih vlo\u017ekov (prekrivni posevki in vmesni posevki, kolobarjenje, pridelava tal),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izbolj\u0161anje ekosistemskih storitev, biotske raznovrstnosti in koristnih biolo\u0161kih interakcij med razli\u010dnimi komponentami v pridelovalnem sistemu in v okolici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sestava projektne skupine UM FKBV:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Red. prof. dr. The project promotes the adoption of innovative agroecological practices by implementing the Living Lab (LL) approach, bringing together vegetable growers, agricultural advisors, researchers, and other relevant stakeholders to co-create practical solutions under real farming conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project focuses on enhancing soil cover management by integrating cover crops into vegetable production systems. By evaluating innovative management practices across a range of environmental conditions, GROUND2LIVE aims to improve soil health, increase nutrient use efficiency, enhance the nutritional quality of vegetables, and strengthen the environmental and economic sustainability of vegetable farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Living Labs will be established in seven European countries &#8211; Germany, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Estonia, Italy, and Slovenia &#8211; providing a collaborative platform for testing, adapting, and validating agroecological practices under diverse soil and climatic conditions. The knowledge generated will support the transition towards more resilient, resource-efficient, and sustainable agricultural systems across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main objectives of GROUND2LIVE are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-design research priorities and identify locally relevant agroecological practices for the implementation and diversified use of cover crops through collaboration between vegetable growers, agricultural advisors, and researchers within Living Labs established at seven European locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the adoption of agroecological practices among farmers and agricultural advisors by at least 10 % during the first year of the project, as assessed through surveys and interviews conducted before and after project activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and disseminate a comprehensive Living Lab Toolbox that supports co-creation processes and facilitates the implementation of agroecological practices at both farm and landscape scales within the first 18 months of the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce the socio-economic and environmental impacts of vegetable production by at least 15 % during the first two years of the project through a comprehensive impact assessment based on multi-criteria analysis of agroecological practices implemented within the Living Labs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, evaluate, and adapt agroecological practices to site-specific conditions using a multi-actor and multi-site approach by the end of the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the wider uptake of agroecological practices through the Living Lab network to increase their implementation on vegetable farms participating in the project.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GROUND2LIVE addresses the implementation of agroecological practices at the farm level through activities that include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving soil and water management to enhance soil health, reduce soil erosion, increase carbon sequestration, optimise nutrient cycling, and minimise the use of chemical inputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting crop diversification through the introduction of diverse crop species and varieties at both field and farm levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing resilient farming practices that improve water retention while reducing dependency on external chemical inputs through the use of cover crops, catch crops, crop rotation, and appropriate soil tillage strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhancing ecosystem services, biodiversity, and beneficial biological interactions within vegetable production systems and the surrounding agricultural landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project team UM FKBV:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Martina Bavec, PhD &#8211; Principal Researcher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assoc.
