RS, \u0161t. 56\/25) v 13. \u010dlenu dolo\u010da, da morajo visoko\u0161olski zavodi s tujim dr\u017eavljanom, ki je oddal prijavo za vpis za visoko\u0161olski \u0161tudij v Republiki Sloveniji in prihaja iz katere od dr\u017eav z vi\u0161jim migracijskim tveganjem, kot jih dolo\u010da seznam dr\u017eav, katerih dr\u017eavljani morajo pri prehodu zunanjih meja Evropske unije imeti vizume, v skladu z zakonom, ki ureja pogoje in na\u010dine vstopa, zapustitve in bivanja tujcev v Republiki Sloveniji, opraviti neposredni intervju o primernosti kandidata glede na vpisne pogoje \u0161tudijskega programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intervju poteka v angle\u0161kem ali slovenskem jeziku, odvisno od jezika izvedbe \u0161tudijskega programa, za katerega se je kandidat prijavil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kandidati lahko opravljajo intervju samo enkrat v okviru razpisa za vpis za posamezno \u0161tudijsko leto v vseh prijavnih rokih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O poteku in terminu opravljanja intervjujev bo fakulteta kandidate obvestila po elektronski po\u0161ti na elektronski naslov, ki ga bodo navedli v prijavi za vpis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tehni\u010dne zahteve za izvedbo intervjuja na daljavo preko orodja MS Teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagotoviti morate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stabilno internetno povezavo (priporo\u010dena hitrost najmanj 2 Mbps v obe smeri),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ustrezno tehni\u010dno opremo (kamera, mikrofon),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mirno in primerno okolje za nemoten potek intervjuja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Univerza v Mariboru oziroma njene \u010dlanice ne prevzemajo odgovornosti za tehni\u010dne te\u017eave na strani kandidata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pred za\u010detkom intervjuja se preveri identiteta kandidatov. Kandidati se identificirajo s potnim listom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stro\u0161ek izvedbe intervjuja v 2026\/27 zna\u0161a 200,01 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V primeru pozitivno opravljenega intervjuja visoko\u0161olski zavod za\u010dne s strokovno in administrativno obravnavo prijave za vpis, vklju\u010dno s postopkom priznavanja v tujini pridobljenega izobra\u017eevanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V primeru, ko izid va\u0161ega intervjuja ni pozitiven, se va\u0161a prijava zavrne, in sicer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ob negativnem izidu intervjuja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010de se intervjuja ne udele\u017eite,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010de je internetna povezava prekinjena (v primeru intervjuja na daljavo), kar je povezano z nedelovanjem va\u0161e IT,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010de ne boste pravo\u010dasno poravnali stro\u0161ka za izvedbo intervjuja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zavrnitev velja za vse prijave in vse prijavne roke za \u0161tudijsko leto 2026\/2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOVELTY for enrollment in academic year 2026\/27<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Higher Education Act (ZVIS-1, Official Gazette RS no. 56\/25) in Article 13 stipulates that higher education institutions shall conduct a direct interview with foreign citizens on the suitability of the candidate according to the enrollment conditions of the study program. This applies for foreign citizens who have submitted an application for enrollment for higher education studies in the Republic of Slovenia and come from one of the countries with a higher migration risk, as determined by the list of countries whose citizens must have visas when crossing the external borders of the European Union, in accordance with the law regulating the conditions and methods of entry, departure and stay of foreigners in the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interview will be conducted in English or Slovenian, depending on the language of instruction of the study program for which the candidate has applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates may only be interviewed once as part of the admission process for a given academic in all application deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The faculty will inform the candidates about the course and date of the interviews by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical Requirements for an Online Interview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the interview is conducted online, you must ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a stable internet connection (recommended minimum speed of 2 Mbps in both directions);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appropriate technical equipment (camera and microphone);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a quiet and suitable environment to ensure the uninterrupted conduct of the interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The University of Maribor and its member faculties accept no responsibility for technical difficulties arising on the part of the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to the commencement of the interview, identification with a valid passport is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interview is subject to a fee. The fee must be paid in full prior to the interview taking place<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in the amount of EUR 200,01.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the interview is successfully completed, the higher education institution shall proceed with the substantive and administrative assessment of your application for enrollment, including the procedure for the recognition of foreign education for the purpose of continuing education in the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the outcome of your interview is not positive, your application shall be rejected in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if the interview result is negative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if you fail to attend the interview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the internet connection is interrupted due to technical issues on your side (in the case of an online interview);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the interview fee is not paid within the prescribed time limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such rejection shall apply to all applications and all application periods for the 2026\/2027 academic year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOVOST za vpis v \u0161tudijsko leto 2026\/27:&nbsp; Novi Zakon o visokem \u0161olstvu (ZVIS-1, Ur. l.
