Grm Novo mesto &#8211; center biotehnike in turizma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sofinancerji:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ministrstvo za gospodarstvo, razvoj in tehnologijo, Direktorat za turizem in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;internacionalizacijo, Sektor za turizem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IZHODI\u0160\u010cA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turizem je v svetu in tudi pri nas ena pomembnej\u0161ih dejavnosti, ki bi morala biti tesno povezana s kmetijstvom, kot skrbnikom kultivirane krajine z veliko biolo\u0161ko pestrostjo in dobaviteljem kakovostnih surovin za pripravo hrane ter tudi s svojo kulinari\u010dno tradicijo in kulturno dedi\u0161\u010dino pode\u017eelja. V svetu je v zadnjem obdobju eden pomembnej\u0161ih rasto\u010dih trgov v turizmu t.i. zeleni turizem, ekolo\u0161ki turizem, trajnostni turizem,\u2026 V okviru tega zelenega turizma in wellness programov pa ponudniki pogosto pozabijo, da so ravno ekolo\u0161ko pridelana \u017eivila klju\u010dni del vsega.&nbsp;<strong>Ekolo\u0161ko pridelana \u017eivila&nbsp;<\/strong>imajo druga\u010dno notranjo kakovost v primerjavi s konvencionalno oziroma industrijsko pridelanimi \u017eivili ter so eden najpomembnej\u0161ih svetovnih trendov v \u017eivilsko predelovalni industriji in kljub recesiji bele\u017eijo porast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NAMEN PROJEKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izdelava modela pridelave hrane za gostinske ponudnike v lokalnem okolju ter zadostna oskrba z ekolo\u0161ko pridelano hrano za ponudnike nastanitvenih zmogljivosti in restavracij, ki stre\u017eejo ekolo\u0161ko pridelano hrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CILJI PROJEKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovni cilji&nbsp; projekta so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Usposobiti 60% vseh zaposlenih v partnerskih podjetjih, ki so vklju\u010deni v proces nabave, priprave in ponudbe hrane na podro\u010djih:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepoznavanja ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil in njihove kakovosti;<\/li><li>Primerne priprave ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil in njihove uporabe v gastronomiji;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pove\u010dati dele\u017e uporabe ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil v gastronomiji, v partnerskih podjetjih za 30%;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Usposobiti zaposlene za izpolnjevanje vseh zahtev za pridobitev certifikata za pripravo in ponudbo ekolo\u0161kih&nbsp; \u017eivila v gastronomijo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pridobitev certifikata v vsaj polovici vklju\u010denih podjetij;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRI\u010cAKOVANI REZULTATI PROJEKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati projekta bodo koristili ekolo\u0161kim pridelovalcem, distributerjem in gastronomom ter tudi njihovim gostom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati bodo neposredno uporabni v gospodarstvu \u2013 turizmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IZVEDENE AKTIVNOSTI V OKVIRU PROJEKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SIMPOZIJI IN DELAVNICE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ekolo\u0161ka \u017eivila v prehrani \u0161tudentov \u2013 prilo\u017enost za ponudnike subvencionirane \u0161tudentske prehrane, 13.2.2017<\/li><li>Simpozij o pomenu ekolo\u0161ko pridelane hrane, 23.2.2017<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;KONFERENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Povezanost pode\u017eelja in gostinsko-turisti\u010dne ponudbe: ZA\u010cUTI LOKALNO \u2013 ZA\u017dIVI Z NAVDIHOM, 16.6.2016<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MEDIJI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intervju BKTV: red. prof. dr.
