Pri tem ima poseben pomen interdisciplinarnost in zaokro\u017een proizvodni proces od njive, semena, do vilic.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc221540175\"><\/a>Cilj katedre<\/h2><p>Cilj katedre je izobra\u017eevati in podajati prakti\u010dno uporabna znanja, ki omogo\u010dajo, z osnovno in dopolnilnimi dejavnostmi, uspe\u0161no gospodarjenje na povpre\u010dnih slovenskih kmetijah in ve\u010djih strokovni \u0161tudijski program Agronomija \u2013 okrasne rastline, zelenjava in polj\u0161\u010dine je usmerjen v spoznavanje sodobnih, okoljsko sprejemljivih tehnik pridelovanja okrasnih rastlin, zelenjave, polj\u0161\u010din in krmnih rastlin.<\/p><p>\u0160tudijski program omogo\u010da pridobitev potrebnih temeljnih znanj s podro\u010dij okoljevarstva, sodobnih tehnik pridelave, tr\u017eenja in osnov varnosti hrane pridelane na njivah ter pridelave s tr\u017eenjem okrasnih rastlin.<\/p><p>\u0160tudent ima mo\u017enost izbire vsebin tudi iz drugih \u0161tudijskih programov Fakultete za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede, prav tako tudi vsebin na drugih slovenskih univerzah ter v mednarodnem evropskem prostoru visoko\u0161olskih ustanov, s katerimi imamo sklenjene sporazume o sodelovanju.<\/p><p>Diplomant \u0161tudijskega programa Agronomija \u2013 okrasne rastline, zelenjava in polj\u0161\u010dine ima vsa potrebna znanja za nadaljevanje \u0161tudija na II. stopenjskih name=\"_Toc221540181\"><\/a>CILJI PROGRAMA<\/h2><p>Program omogo\u010da \u0161tudentom pridobiti vsa potrebna strokovna in nekatera temeljna znanja s podro\u010dja okoljevarstva, sodobnih tehnik pridelave, tr\u017eenja in osnov varnosti hrane pridelane na njivah in v za\u0161\u010ditenih prostorih ter pridelave in tr\u017eenja okrasnih rastlin. \u0160tudij prav tako omogo\u010da usposobljenost za uporabo znanstvenih metod pri re\u0161evanju zahtevnih strokovnih in delovnih problemov, razvijanje zmo\u017enosti za sporazumevanje v stroki in med strokami, strokovno kriti\u010dnost in odgovornost, iniciativnost in samostojnost pri odlo\u010danju in vodenju.<\/p><p>Po kon\u010danem \u0161tudiju bo diplomant strokovnjak &#8211; praktik, usposobljen za vodenje moderno organizirane tr\u017eno usmerjene dru\u017einske kmetije oz. kmetijskega gospodarstva, organiziranje pridelovanja in tr\u017eenja polj\u0161\u010din, zelenjave ter okrasnih rastlin, iskanje tr\u017enih ni\u0161 in razvijanje novih produktov v okviru dopolnilnih dejavnosti na kmetiji, samostojno organiziranje in vodenje vrtnarskega podjetja, imel bo tudi temeljno izobrazbo za kontrolorja integrirane pridelave polj\u0161\u010din in zelenjave, poznal pa bo tudi druge sheme kakovosti.<\/p><p>Mesto diplomanta bo tudi v strokovnih skupinah v tehnolo\u0161kih oddelkih kmetijskih podjetij in v zadru\u017enih ter trgovskih organizacijah. Pridobljena znanja omogo\u010dajo diplomantu uspe\u0161no delo v okviru pridobljene izobrazbe za dolo\u010dena delovna mesta v svetovalni slu\u017ebi, kmetijskem \u0161olstvu in dr\u017eavni upravi.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc221540182\"><\/a>ZAPOSLITVENE MO\u017dNOSTI<\/h2><p>Diplomantom bo omogo\u010den \u0161irok spekter zaposlitvenih mo\u017enosti. Te se raztezajo od vodenja lastnega kmetijskega gospodarstva na podro\u010djih poljedelstva, zelenjadarstva in okrasnih rastlin do opravljanja del v razli\u010dnih kmetijskih in drugih organizacijah (kmetijska podjetja, zadruge, vrtni centri, tr\u017eenje pridelkov, svetovalna slu\u017eba, zavarovalni\u0161tvo, kontrola kakovosti, certifikacijski organi, ipd.). Omogo\u010da ohranjanje kmetij na kmetijsko manj ugodnih obmo\u010djih, z novimi produkti \u0161iri ponudbo v okviru kmetij in \u017eivilsko predelovalne industrije ter zagotavlja \u017eivila v najvi\u0161jem kakovostnem razredu. V povezavi s turizmom se ume\u0161\u010da v aktualne razvojne trende 21. stoletja.<\/p><p>S \u0161tudijskim programom \u00bbEkolo\u0161ko kmetijstvo\u00ab bodo \u0161tudenti usposobljeni za uspe\u0161no delo in prilagajanje novim potrebam in trendom v kmetijstvu, kjer je vse ve\u010dji poudarek na trajnostnemu razvoju, uvajanju okolju in potro\u0161nikom prijaznej\u0161e pridelave hrane, ohranjanju biotske raznovrstnosti, poseljenosti pode\u017eelja, iskanju novih tr\u017enih prilo\u017enosti, povezavi kmetijstva s turizmom\u2026 Ekolo\u0161ko kmetijstvo je v primerjavi z ostalimi oblikami kmetijstva \u0161e posebej raznovrstno in temelji na krogotoku snovi in energije v sistemu tla \u2013 rastline \u2013 \u017eivali \u2013 \u010dlovek. V okviru izbirnega modula se bodo v 3. semestru poglobili v eno izmed kmetijskih panog (\u017eivinoreja, vinogradni\u0161tvo, sadjarstvo, vrtnarstvo in njivske rastline). Prakti\u010dno izobra\u017eevanje, ki je sestavni del \u0161tudijskega programa, bo omogo\u010dilo \u0161tudentom vpogled v delo in prakso na razli\u010dnih podro\u010djih &#8211; od ekolo\u0161kih kmetij, prek predelave ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil, do promocije, tr\u017eenja, kontrole, certifikacije, vklju\u010dno s seznanitvijo s stanjem in trendi v drugih dr\u017eavah.<\/p><p>V okviru \u0161tudija ekolo\u0161kega kmetijstva se bodo izobrazili in usposobili kadri za zahtevnej\u0161a strokovna dela s podro\u010dja ekolo\u0161kega kmetijstva, v povezavi z okoljskimi vpra\u0161anji in razvojem pode\u017eelja.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc221540186\"><\/a>ZAPOSLITVENE MO\u017dNOSTI<\/h2><p>Po kon\u010danem \u0161tudiju bo diplomant strokovnjak &#8211; praktik, usposobljen za vodenje tr\u017eno usmerjene dru\u017einske kmetije oziroma posestva, organiziranje pridelovanja in tr\u017eenja ekolo\u0161kih pridelkov oziroma \u017eivil s kmetije ali v okviru organizacij pridelovalcev, organiziranje povezav med kmetijami in odjemalci ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil v obratih javne prehrane in gastronomiji, poznal bo delovanje nevladnih organizacij s podro\u010dja ekolo\u0161kega kmetijstva in okoljevarstva ter si pridobil osnovna teoreti\u010dna prakti\u010dna znanja za izvajanje kontrole kmetijskih obratov in certifikacijo ekolo\u0161kih pridelkov in drugih shem kakovosti.<\/p><p>Delovno mesto diplomanta \u0161tudijskega programa Ekolo\u0161ko kmetijstvo bo lahko tudi v strokovnih teamih tehnolo\u0161kih in razvojnih oddelkov kmetijskih podjetij, zadrug in trgovskih organizacij. Pridobljena znanja mu omogo\u010dajo izvajanje ustreznih del in nalog tudi v svetovalni slu\u017ebi, kmetijskem \u0161olstvu, dr\u017eavni upravi ali ustanovah na zavarovanih obmo\u010djih. Diplomant se lahko zaposli kot strokovni sodelavec tudi v raziskovalnih organizacijah s podro\u010dja kmetijstva, razvoja pode\u017eelja, regionalnega na\u010drtovanja in varstva
